Spring Snows 17 - Grinding it Out

Equipment Used: Nikon D750 and Nikon 24-120mm f4 lense

During the spring snow goose season, the D750 was with me whether I was laying in a corn field or laying in my boat on the water. When the conditions were right, I’d get my camera and start shooting the scene. This spring I got to capture some amazing sunrises and sunsets while out hunting or scouting for birds.

The images were processed in Capture NX-D by adjusting the RAW files and then finished in Elements 14. Some common adjustments included white balance, picture control, saturation, shadow/highlight and others.

The spring snow goose season arrived earlier than normal and like always, was over to soon for me since there is nothing like being underneath a cloud of snow geese.
